Our Story
The initiative came from a group of eight women who originally started working together through Woman in Aviation International – European Network Chapter. After three years of great collaboration, the group, supported by its members, made the decision to evolve towards a new approach with the goal to encourage, empower, and educate all those with interests, lives, and work linked to aviation/aerospace without regard to race, ethnicity, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental abilities, or point of view.

What we do?
Aviation for All promotes and strengthens the contribution of our members in all aviation and aerospace career fields and interests by connecting, engaging and inspiring. We are providing educational outreach programs, mentoring programs, scholarships, annual Aviation for All recognition awards, annual Aviation for All conference and networking events.
Our members include Pilots, Maintenance Technicians, Air Traffic Engineers, Air Traffic Controllers, Business owners, Air Force personnel, Journalists, Flight attendants, Dispatchers, Security Agencies, Students, Aeromedical officers, Airport managers and many others.
What we offer?
We are passionate about making the aviation industry as diverse and equal as possible. We do this through proactive networking and raising the voice and objectives of Aviation for All whenever possible. We support and organise various events throughout the year to raise the importance of diversity and inclusion, and promote these important topics within our aviation networks. We are happy to hold speaking slots and give lectures, when invited.
For our future aviation talent we provide coaching, mentoring, scholarships and in-person support, matching the right talent with their desired goal. We aim to inspire and motivate throughout our own events and conferences, as well as guest speakers and panellists.
