About Us

Our Story

We are an association of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practitioners from across the aviation industry who share a common vision - an aviation industry that is diverse and inclusive. To help drive the D&I agenda, we regularly organise events, educational outreach programs for youth, development and mentoring, the annual Aviation for All conference, and networking events.

The Aviation for All association was founded in December 2021. The idea came from a group of D&I enthusiasts who recognised that there was little commonality amongst D&I programmes in different areas of the aviation industry. We decided to form an association that will provide a forum for discussing best practices, sharing information on diversity initiatives and promoting a culture of inclusiveness across all areas of aviation and across all types of diversities.

Our vision is for the aviation industry that is diverse and inclusive for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, physical or mental abilities, or point of view. We want to work within an industry where everyone has an opportunity to reach their potential, regardless of their background or circumstance. We believe that a diverse and inclusive industry is stronger, and we are committed to working together to make it a reality.

We are a membership organisation with an annual fee to suit different membership types. This enables us to keep our operating costs low, ensuring that all funds raised through membership fees and fundraising events go directly towards supporting the work we do to promote diversity and inclusion in aviation. Our members include D&I practitioners from airlines and MROs, air traffic control providers and manufacturers, as well as suppliers, industry organisations, and students of all ages. Membership is open to anyone who supports our aims - please join us today!

We support and organise various events throughout the year to raise the importance of diversity and inclusion, and promote these important topics within our aviation networks. We are happy to hold speaking slots and give lectures, when invited.

For our future aviation talent we provide coaching, mentoring, scholarships and in-person support, matching the right talent with their desired goal. We aim to inspire and motivate throughout our own events and conferences, as well as guest speakers and panellists.
