Alex started his ATM career as a Heathrow approach controller, and spent 18 years with NATS, managing various operational units. He then moved to Switzerland in 2011 as COO at Skyguide, taking over the role of CEO in 2017. He is passionate about safety, innovation in ATM to improve the customer experience and environmental impact, and believes very strongly that the more diverse the team, the better its decisions.
